The May Fair
The great commercial and industrial showcase of Vilafranca and the Alt Penedès.
In the month of May, the Fair and Festival of May, or the Lovers' Fair, takes place. This is a weekend where people walking around the fairgrounds can perceive the vitality and diversity of companies and commercial enterprises of the territory.
The May Fair is an event with over a hundred years of history, and it has survived by adapting it to the times, becoming a commercial reference to the Gran Penedes districts.
Automotive, agricultural machinery, services, commerce, institutions... everything on the fairgrounds covering 15,000m2 with large covered areas that contribute to the professionalisation and sectorisation of the event.
The May Fair is held on the second weekend of May.
